Branch Supervisor


The Branch Supervisor is responsible for attaining branch sales and service goals; training and developing, assessing and scheduling staff members; promoting credit union products and services. As a working supervisor, a substantial amount of time is spent working alongside staff to handle routine to complex member transactions and loan processes, and to strengthen member relationships with the credit union.

This position may be assigned to any of our branches in Fairfield or Vacaville. Flexibility is required.

Loan Officer (Consumer)

The consumer loan officer performs a wide variety of tasks associated with servicing our members' loan needs. This position acts independently and within established levels of authority to complete member loan transactions. Attracts, expands and retains member financial relationships through the successful delivery of excellent service and suggestive selling of credit union products and services appropriate to the member's needs.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of lending authority, a strong background in consumer loan underwriting, approval, and funding of both secured and unsecured consumer loan products; familiarity with loan auditing, performance tracking and pricing; proven cross–selling abilities.

Prior bank or credit union consumer lending experience is essential. Must be sales oriented, expert in bank deposit and loan products, possess a good understanding of related regulatory compliance issues; excellent written and verbal communications skills; bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required. Microsoft expertise is essential, particularly using Excel and Word, and experience using Symitar software is desirable.

Member Service Representative (Teller)19 hour part-time & full-time

The Member Service Representative provides a wide array of services to credit union members, including assisting them with deposits and withdrawals, cashing checks, transfers between accounts, and other new and existing account services.

The successful candidate will have superior customer service and sales skills, and cash handling; prior banking or credit union experience is highly desirable. The ability to work successfully in a team environment is essential as are computer skills, including working in a windows environment.

This position may be assigned to any of our existing branches in Fairfield and Vacaville. Flexibility is required.
