Branch Manager (Full Time)
We seek to hire a Branch Manager to serve our members in our Paradise Valley Branch. This is an (In-Store) location inside a Raley's Supermarket. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm; Sat 9am to 3pm; and all Holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. In this role, the Branch Manager performs member services and responsibilities will include but are not limited to wearing all hats within Branch Operations, along with providing vision and leadership to the branch staff, and active community involvement. The candidate must be goal-oriented, ensure quality of service to our members, and have experience in managing productivity and ATM servicing. Also, they must communicate effectively at all levels and possess skills in planning with the ability to monitor results.

Member Service Representative (Part Time)
The Member Service Representative provides a wide array of services to credit union members, including assisting them with deposits and withdrawals, cashing checks, transfers between accounts, and other new and existing account services.
The successful candidate will have superior customer service and sales skills, and cash handling; prior banking or credit union experience is highly desirable. The ability to work successfully in a team environment is essential as are computer skills, including working in a windows environment.
This position may be assigned to any of our existing branches in Fairfield and Vacaville. Flexibility is required.
